Take advantage of the shoulder season and get ready to hit the trails this spring and summer. A 7 week strength and conditioning program to help you make the most of your time on the trails. This program is designed for mountain bikers, trail runners and hikers. Anyone interested in focused conditioning to get ready to tackle any mountain or trail this year!
We are stoked to be offering two different session times this year: A morning and the usual evening plus Saturday option.
Session #1 is Tuesday, Thursday and Saturdays @ 10am. Register HERE
Session #2 is Tuesday and Thursdays at 7pm, plus Saturdays at 11:15am. Register HERE
*There will be a total of 18 training sessions for this Prep Program.
Full Schedule (April 2 – May 16th)
Week 1: 2 sessions/week. Tuesday April 2nd, Thursday April 4th
Week 2: 2 sessions/week. Tuesday April 9th, Thursday April 11th
Week 3 – 6: 3 sessions/week. Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday
Week 7: 2 session/week Tuesday, Thursday.
