What do you feel is your biggest achievement since beginning with us?

“My biggest achievement has been losing a large percentage of body fat in what feels like a short time. That and getting on top of healthy meal and snack prep.”

What were you struggling with before you signed up for our nutrition program?

“I wanted to lose weight but I just couldn’t get myself organized and motivated to find something that would work. I had sort of given in to the idea that no matter what I ate, I couldn’t lose weight and that maybe I could just exercise more to counteract eating whatever I wanted, all the time.”

What was different from this program vs. what you have tried in the past?

“In the past I was successful losing weight following the Paleo diet. after a year, I just couldn’t do it anymore because I was sick of eating the same foods all of the time. I also couldn’t happily sustain not eating any carbs. In hindsight, I was pretty misguided in my attempts to eat paleo affectively and paid no attention to macros or calories.”

Take us to the moment when you realized this program was beginning to solve your “problem”.

“I was losing weight instantly. Each week I was losing 2 – 3 pounds and could feel my body shrinking. Doing crossfit with 10, 15 and now almost 20 pounds lighter was so much easier because I wasn’t hauling around all of that extra weight. People were noticing after only a couple of weeks how much slimmer I was getting and it felt good to hear.”
