Don’t get us wrong, barbecues and beers a plenty, apres mountain biking drinks on the patio, and weekly camping trips are great – but come ‘back to school’ season, it can feel refreshing to focus on healthy habits and routine. September is the new January!
We are excited to offer a 6 Week Nutrition Reboot in September. This is the perfect way to get back into routine, or perhaps start a NEW routine!
Our kick-off date is Saturday September 14th, where we will host an in-house nutrition seminar full of details on what the following 6 weeks will entail, perform your initial InBody Scan, and a you’ll receive a great welcome package to get you started on your reboot.
What else can you expect in your 6 weeks of working with CrossFit Fernie?
- Meal plan template with grocery list and recipes
- Accountability via private Facebook group
- InBody scans at the beginning, middle, and end of the program
- Accountability through working with our nutrition coach
