Our popular Kids & Teens programs run all year. We offer Fall, Winter, Spring and Summer sessions for ages 5+

Fall Programs being the week of September 17th!

We have added an addition age group and day for the Fall! You can register online by clicking the age group. We are looking forward to seeing everyone back at it!

Jr. Crew (5-9yrs) Wed 3:45pm (45 min class)
Jr. Varsity (10-12 yrs) Thurs 3:45pm (45 min class) * NEW
Sr. Varsity Sport Performance (teens) Mon & Wed 3:45 (60 minutes)

Jr and Jr. Varsity Program (5-9 and 10-12 yrs)

The Jr Varsity  program is our youth program for 6-10 year olds. Using a combination of calisthenics, running, rowing, jumping, throwing, carrying, pushing, pulling,climbing and lifting (the stuff we all used to call ‘play,’) we get kids to LOVE exercise.  We use age-appropriate skills, challenges, and loads.  We challenge kids in a fun and progressive way. We build a foundation for physical literacy that can be applied to their own sport, life or in our Sr Varsity program in the future .

Sr. Varsity  Sport Performance (ages 13-17)

This class takes all of the fundamental movement patterns, base strength, mobility, and team development and starts to ramp things up toward specific athlete goals.  We add more serious strength training, cross-training, gymnastics, and agility. Our focus is on excellent form above all else. We still have fun but no longer incorporate kid-type games at the end of each class.

Sr Varsity (single session each week only)

Sr. Varsity prepares teens for all-around athleticism. They get stronger, faster, more powerful, and more flexible. They learn about performance nutrition, and get set up to be an ‘athlete for life,’ whether within CrossFit, another sport, or just a fitter adult.

Varsity also delivers valuable lessons about life: hard work, character, courage and overcoming adversity. Many call it “the sport for kids who don’t play sports,” because it’s also fun. John Ratey, author of Spark! and brain researcher at Harvard, referred to CrossFit Kids programs as ‘collaborative competition,’ because kids cheer for one another.
