We schedule Specialty Programs & Clinics throughout the year!
Join us during the “shoulder season” and get ready for the best summer on the trails ever! Focused conditioning, endurance, strength, stamina, power, speed and more. This 6 week program is aimed at mountain bikers, trail runners and avid hikers! Anyone looking to get fitter to have an amazing season on the trails! Coach Kim Shopland has created a program based on her experience both in and out of the gym and knows what is needed to make the most of your time! (formerly Bike Prep)
- 6 weeks, 3 classes a week, starts April 10th
- Classes are Tues/Thurs @6pm, Sat @10:15am.
- $360 for the full program (Split payments available if needed)
